Please read these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) carefully before using the Eversake Jewelry website, placing orders, or accessing any of our services (collectively, the “Service”).

These Terms apply to your access and use of the Service operated by Eversake Jewelry (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a business domiciled in Lebanon and operating in accordance with Lebanese laws and regulations.

By visiting, browsing, registering, or making a purchase through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy, form a legally binding agreement between you and Eversake Jewelry.

Eversake Jewelry is domiciled in Lebanon, and all business operations are conducted under Lebanese laws. Any purchase, transaction, or dispute shall be treated as occurring in Lebanon unless otherwise required by law.

6.2 Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization and after you receive confirmation from us (email, SMS, WhatsApp, or website confirmation).

6.3 Made-to-Order / Customized Jewelry

Some items may be:

  • customized

  • personalized

  • made-to-order

  • produced upon request

In such cases, additional production time may apply, and we will inform you accordingly.

You acknowledge that made-to-order and customized jewelry may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund except as required by applicable laws or where defects are confirmed.

7. Pricing & Payment Terms

7.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed clearly on the Website. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

We do our best to ensure accuracy; however, if a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to:

  • cancel the order

  • correct the price

  • contact you for confirmation before processing

7.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (where applicable)

We may add or remove payment methods at any time.

11. Production, Dispatch & Delivery

11.1 Processing & Production

Orders are prepared according to our production and dispatch schedule.

11.2 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery within Lebanon is typically 4–6 business days, excluding:

  • public holidays

  • unforeseen delays

  • courier disruptions

  • force majeure events

11.3 Delivery Location

We currently deliver within Lebanon only, unless stated otherwise.

11.4 Delivery Responsibility

Once your order is handed to the courier, delivery timelines depend on the courier’s operations. We will support you in tracking your order where possible.

11.5 Receiving the Order

Upon delivery, you must inspect the Product immediately. If you notice any issue, you must contact us within a reasonable time as stated in our policies.

12. Product Descriptions & Availability

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, sizes, and details. However, slight differences may occur due to:

  • handmade finishing

  • natural material variation

  • photography and lighting

  • screen display differences

If a Product is out of stock or unavailable after ordering, we may:

  • cancel the order and refund you (if prepaid), or

  • offer an alternative (if available)

13. Use of Images & Videos

All Product images and videos are for illustrative purposes only.

You acknowledge that slight variations may occur in:

  • color tone

  • shine/finish

  • stone appearance

  • texture

  • size perception

These variations do not automatically qualify as defects.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All Website content, including but not limited to:

  • jewelry designs

  • photos and videos

  • logos and branding

  • text and descriptions

  • graphics and layouts

are the exclusive intellectual property of Eversake Jewelry.
